Transfer Money from your Bank Account to your DigiWallet in 3 easy steps!
1. Transfer money from your bank account to our Atlantic bank account:

2. Send us confirmation of your transfer via WhatsApp at 626-2274
3. Once your transfer has been confirmed, the corresponding value in DigiCash will be added to your DigiWallet
Some conditions apply:
• If you are transferring funds from an Atlantic Bank account, you will receive your
DigiCash within a few minutes
• If you are transferring funds from the other banks, you will receive your
DigiCash with 24 hours (business days only)
Our agents will be available to process your requests Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Any transfers processed over the weekend will be confirmed and processed the following Monday (Atlantic Bank) or Tuesday (other banks).
DigiWallet Cash Back Promotions FAQ’s
The DigiWallet Cash Back Promotion rewards customers when they shop and pay using DigiWallet at DigiWallet Merchants countrywide.
Customers will receive $5 cash back on their first payment of the day at a value of $30 or more. Customers are limited to one $5 cash back per day. Cash Back is not applicable on transactions less than $30 or cumulative to $30.

DigiWallet Loyalty Points is a reward program for DigiWallet subscribers. It allows our valued customers to earn points when using DigiWallet.
You can earn points when you conduct any type DigiWallet transaction
The number of points you earn is based on the transaction type as per the table below.
You can log in to the DigiWallet app and click on the star icon (*) at the bottom of the home page to view your accumulated points.
You can either redeem or share your points:
Redeem Your Points: Redeem points for DigiCash; funds will be added to your account instantly
Share Your Points: Send your loyalty points to another DigiWallet Subscriber
No, your loyalty points do not expire. It’s valid until you’re ready to redeem or share with a friend/family member.
Double Data via DigiWallet FAQs
Via the DigiWallet app, DigiWallet users get to enjoy Double the Data when they purchase a PrePaid Data S, M, and L plan for the same price. This promotion is valid June 1st to 30th, 2022
This offer is only available for purchasing on June 1st to the 30th, 2022 on DigiWallet only beginning 12:00 am on June 1st and ending 11:59 pm June 30th.
Double Data can be purchased via DigiWallet only.

The Double Data allowance will combine with any existing PrePaid Data Plans and will, therefore, extend the expiration.
DigiCell PrePaid customers will have the option to purchase multiple Double Data plans during the promotion time, however, the expiration period will apply to the last purchase made. Expiration remains the same as the standard plans
Yes, the standard notification will be triggered automatically confirming purchase. Similar to the standard data plans, notifications at 50% or 100% notifications will be received to advise of data consumption.
